CACTUS PARADOX PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS…
The 4th outing of our extravaganza hits a little later than usual, but it's worth the wait. This is our gnarliest line-up yet, with rip-roaring two-piece bands from all over the UK lined-up with a solo punk acoustic act, all leading to the grand finale of one of the best metal bands around.
Based in Liverpool and forming late 2013, NOVACROW were drawn together by a mutual thirst to make complete idiots of themselves at any given opportunity. The band consists of, Kitty Staunton on lead vocals and guitar, Federico «Freddy» Spera on bass/backing vocals, Jonyx on guitars/backing vocals and Torben Schmidt-Hansen on the drums. They promise an energetic and erection-inducing live show, fun for the whole family.
In a blur of headbanging, booty-shaking, pelvic-thrusting mayhem, Novacrow deliver a sleazy heavy sound, with their wide range of influences keeping their music eclectic and exciting. Onstage, they aim to be as entertaining as possible and guarantee to be better than sex.
Listen to their latest single, 'Black Syrup'!
Ego are the brain child of… Pan smasher Mark Nicholas
(formerly Ohboy) & strings and RA’s Sean Grant (S.G
Wolfgang).Grant plays through a guitar amp and bass amp
and Mark Hits things real hard. Down tuned monotonous
guitar, screaming vocals, PHAT drum beats, but still
managing oh so cheeky catchy riffs and choruses, this
making them a BBC Introducing fave already.
People have said “Slaves if they were HEAVY,” folks have
holla’d “Jamie Lenman gave birth to them”… They
themselves say “Royal Blood if they had a troubled
upbringing and were really really angry”. You my friends
are invited to make your own summarising.

The Bad Apples
Formed at the end of May 2011 from the ashes of punk rock band The Minority. The Bad Apples took on a bluesier approach to music, taking influence from The Flat Duo Jets, White Stripes and The Black Keys. Slowly their sound has become thicker and heavier, becoming a solid rock and roll unit.
Cat Called Dog
Cat Called Dog's sound is a soothing reassurance of natural blood-pumping ,lug hole piercing, raw-rock that grabs you by the curlies and demands attention"
After struggling to find suitable like minded musicians to help take its vision to the stage Cat Called Dog decided to «just do it» anyway. Stepping out as a duo and immediately making an impact at a number of high profile gigs.
The band have dismissed and brushed off initial Lazy comparisons based on the obvious trend setting guitar/drum based duos of the last 10 years, preferring the music do the talking instead.
With a massive but melodic sound that has to be experienced live to be believed and visually stimulating to watch as any of the more fully populated acts around, Cat called Dog know how to deliver the goods.
Sharks Can't Hold Hands
