61 Jordan Street, L1 0BW Liverpool

Ahead of our inaugural headline show Enter The Kaiju w/ Fabio&Grooverider/Dillinja/Nicky Blackmarket, we've decided to throw a FREE PARTY to show you what we’re all about!

We’ll be bringing some of the countries finest established & emerging talent to grace the decks at District for a night centred around good vibes, good music and happy people!

Line Up:

Drumsound & Bassline Smith (Technique Recordings ) w/ Youngman
Drum & Bass would not be the same without Drumsound & Bassline Smith (aka Andy Wright, Benjamin Wiggett and Simon Bassline Smith). Together the trio have body-slammed dancefloors from Derby to Durban and established themselves as three of the finest Drum & Bass tastemakers on the planet, courtesy of the blue chip label Technique Recordings – an imprint that celebrated 10 years of killer dancefloor joints in 2009.

Dj Pilgrim (Birthday Set // Quest Legend)
Pilgrim started DJing back in 1987 as he was originally a hip hop scratch DJ which he incorporated into his unique dj sets. He has had residencies at Quest, Pandemonium & Flashback over the years & has played for many promoters throughout his career including Slammin' Vinyl, Fantazia, Helter Skelter, Dance Planet, Dreamscape, Tribal Gathering, Kinetic, Amnesia House, Fibre Optic, Milwaukee's (Equinox), Vision, Obsession, Inter Dance, The Edge, Starlight, Vibealite, Dance Trance, Reincarnation, Devotion, Innersense, Fusion, Perception, The Pleasuredome, Labrynth, Diehard, Rezurection, AWOL, Warehouse(Doncaster), Uprising, Double Dipped, Origin, Distruxshion and many more, the biggest event being the massive Fantazia at Castle Donnington with an estimated 40,000 people there at where he played main stage and played the midnight set thus establishing himself as a mainstream DJ.

Euphonique (Subwoofah)
Nominated as Best Female Jungle DJ in this years We Love Jungle Awards and owner of Sub-Woofah Records label and events — DJ and producer Euphonique represents oldskool, Jungle, Dubwise and hard-hitting DnB. First DJing on the rave scene in 2006, Euphonique now performs internationally at some of the scenes biggest events and festivals including Creamfields, Wickerman, Dirty Weekender and Outlook Festival. She has releases on a number of big jungle labels — her latest release on her own label hitting the top 10 dnb chart and supported by big names including Ray Keith, B Traits and Jam Thieves. Previously presenting on Unity Radio, Rood FM, Westside and DnB Radio, these days you can catch her on air every Friday on Originuk Radio.

Epicentre (Deep In the Jungle)
We’ll cut to the chase on this one: If you’re not shouting ‘EPICENTRE YOU BADMAN’ at the top of your lungs when the this guy drops the serious beats then we suspect your soul might be damaged beyond repair. Other physical kneejerk reactions you might experience when vibing to this guys seriously sharp skills include hard-stepping like a mad bugger, leaping around like a total idiot to some ragga-tinged rollers and getting pranged beyond the cosmos on the darkstyle damage this guy brings. Any less and consult your physician.

Jack Banner (Bloc2Bloc Entertainment Radio)
The head man over at Bloc2Bloc Entertainment. A well respected and renowned DJ who has appeared at numerous events all over the UK, most recently at the huge Metropolis X Relapse X Masters of Drum & Bass. Jack has built Bloc2Bloc from the ground up, by showcasing local, regional, national and international talent in well received live video streams and local Jungle & Drum and Bass nights. Under Jack's dynamic leadership Bloc2Bloc is moving forward fast and continues to go from strength to strength by continuing to promote the values that all Junglists for life share.

New to the scene but not new to jungle; NUUSIC (Joe Mac, Rafiki Dubs and Jungglah) have been tearing up venues since their debut at the beginning of 2016. With their eclectic blend of rolling DnB and dancehall-influenced ragga jungle, they pay homage to the history of the genre within their sets while keeping the sound moving forward.
