The Wellbeing Campus are now hosting a weekly Sunday Morning Farm Yoga class upstairs at Claremont Farm. Every Sunday from 8.15-09:30am you can stretch your body and mind and spend treasured time with friends, perhaps even making some new ones.
The team are working with several teachers offering a variety of different styles of yoga, including the likes of Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini and Ashtanga, as well as mindfulness practices, use of pranyama and gentle massage and energy healing to create a fully immersive and nurturing experience. Each week will have an overall theme but self care, spiritual awareness and soul nourishment will be at the core of every session. And for those wanting to stick around for a healthy juice or breakfast then there's usually a few friendly yogi's hanging about to grab a table with.
And when we can, we hope to bring yoga social events for you and the whole family to enjoy. Through music, nature, art and food we hope to bring even more fun in the relaxing surroundings of the Farm.
The cost of the weekly yoga session will be £8 and includes the use of a mat but feel free to bring your own if preferred. Numbers are limited due to mats and space so we recommend booking in advance using the link provided. If we have space available you can also pay on the day but we cannot guarantee a space if the class is full.
