This is a mixed Boot Camp. Open to men & women.
Smart training includes Innovation© and Meta shocks© methods which incorporate high intensity intervals and heavy duty resistance work. Sprint training Tabatas combined with multi joint muscle exercises.
Part of the sessions will be spent on a well designed 'Playground'. The stations include TRX suspension training, Boxing, Kettlebells, BOSU and Rope with Plyometrics, Eccentric and Core training. It's a total body attack that improves cardio and muscle, strength and endurance.
Results include improved muscle to fat ratio, increased energy,
enhanced mood and overall improvements of your health and fitness.
It's a unique space that lends itself to this unique boot camp. A great atmosphere and social side that encourages a supportive team afford approach. All fitness levels welcome as alternatives are given for beginners.
Every Wednesday (6 weeks, 6 sessions) 6.pm-7pm @Old Christ Church, Waterloo.
Please note: The fee is payable in full at the start of each boot camp. Like a gym membership, the payment is non-refundable and not subject to negotiation. There is no payg option as spaces are limited sorry.
