Join us for this Molly Robbins class where she will guide you step by step to create this stunning unicorn cake. This course will cover how to make and plan the structure which can then be carved and covered. You’ll learn how to sculpt using rice crispy treats and how to cover them properly so you achieve a professional looking finish. You’ll then move onto decoration which includes modelling the facial features and learning essential airbrushing techniques. Whilst doing this you’ll begin to understand the variety of different finishes possible within colour spectrum work and broaden your knowledge when it comes to creating those all-important finishing details.
